Lancôme TONIQUE CONFORT Comforting Rehydrating Toner, HYPED!

mmmmm, feels like soft silky strawberry icing !
At first i thought Lancôme products were in the high-end prices, so i never really looked into them or heard much about their products. Recently, i received the Lancôme Tonique Confort- Comforting Rehydrating Toner as a gift... first thought "WAHH bottle soo adorable!!" HYPEEED already!

what the site said it was:
A genuine skincare lotion, this silky-soft moisturizing formula is especially adapted to the needs of dry skin. It gently tones and immediately rehydrates the skin while eliminating
any impurities, leaving skin perfectly clean, soft and comforted.
....
i totally agree with what the Lancome site said,  i have used it for around a week and a half and it defiantly leaves my skin soooooo smooth and moisturised! i use this every time after i wash my face, but because the formula is quite thick, i would only need a
thin, water based moisturiser after... ( makes my life sooo much easier!)
DEFINITELY great for oily and dry skin, because it doesn't leave your skin greasy.

note: i wouldn't use a cotton pad to apply this, as it just soaks all of it and doesn't leave any for your skin !  just apply with your hands and pat on !

AVEENO: Ultra-calming moisturising cream cleanser & Daily moisturising lotion

I LOVEEEEEEE AVEEEEENNNNNO! Aveeno products are made from oats!(YUM) The benefits of oats: relieves dry skin, soothes irritated skin, soothes cracked skin and moisturises skin! ALL the stuff that i need for my extremely dry and sensitive skin!

AVEENO: Ultra-calming moisturising cream cleanser :
i use this in my night routine because this is soap-free but is a creamy cleanser that takes dirt off my skin just by massaging the cream cleanser in. It is extremely calming which is suitable for my extra-sensitive skin!
Rating 5/5

AVEENO: Daily moisturising lotion:
I use this after the cream cleanser because it is a prefect match, the moisture locks into your skin and is extremely long lasting. It has natural colloidal oatmeal blended with rich emollients, so i would use it before i sleep and wake up still feeling moisturised and not dry at all!
My favourite lotion this month! share with me your favourite lotion this month!

Eau Thermale Avène: Thermal Spring Water

One of my August favourites is the Eau Thermale Avène: Thermal Spring Water !
So refreshing and moisturing! mmm yum!

I use this when my skin is feeling dry during the day and night, with or without make up, because this spray also helps set my make up which is a cheaper option but i would have to hold it further away from my face than usual. It is perfect for sensitive skin while soothing and calming irritated skin.
i dont have much to say about this but it is absolutely amazing! especially when you have make up on but your skin feels dry and wants to be moisturised.

TALIKA: heated eye lash curler && eye lash conditioning cream

TALIKA: heated eye lash curler is meant to be better than a normal eye lash curler?!
This one heats up in less than a minute, but the down side would be it does the same effect as a normal eye lash curler. When i first used it i couldnt really feel the heat so in my opinion it was a waste of money, when i already had a normal eye lash curler. boo:(

TALIKA:eye lash conditioning cream (curling your eyelashes isn't good for your eye lashes!)

The TALIKA eyelash cream for the growth of the eyelashes ! You are meant to use is at night as a treatment of your lashes. I feel/hope that it is working but it really just feels and looks like vaseline. Leave a comment if you think it looks like vaseline too!

Beauty Diary: vanilla souffle face scrub OVER HYPED?!

I AM IN LOVEEEEE WITH BEAUTY DIARY MASKS!.. If you've never heard of this brand before, My Beauty Diary is a Taiwanese brand and is very well known for their mask. anyways this is the Beauty Diary: vanilla souffle face scrub.. i got this as a free gift while buying loads of beauty diary mask, and today i decided to give it a try.
The packaging is so cute.. makes me want to eat it ^^
The product does contain alcohol a which is not so perfect for sensitive skin, but on a good note it is light and fluffy.
This is how To Use it:
• Wash your face with your usual facial cleanser, lightly dab dry.
• Shake the Vanilla Soufflé bottle really well, squirt the product onto your palm with the bottle turned diagonally upside down.
• About the size of a golf ball would do.
• Massage onto face in circular motions for about one minute. Don't forget the neck area.
• Rinse off with water.

Now what i think about it... FACE SCRUB? am i the only person who sees face scrub on this bottle? At first i thought there would be tiny bits inside this formula that helps me scrub (exfoliate) my skin.. but instead it is just like any normal gentle cleanser. It is in a mousse form which means shake your bottle well before squirting?! and you massage into your face... then the cleanser disappears.. ( where did it go? ) it seems like it just soaked into my skin  without doing a deep-scrub clean. Ending with a good note, it would do a amazing job on light cleansing and i have found a good reason to use this.. because this soaks into your skin and disappears after you massage it, i have been using it in the shower for removing excess eye makeup that have fallen onto my eye bags and because it has already disappeared it wont go into your eye and sting your eye! perfect solution ;)

Body Shop: Moisture White Shiso Range !

This is the entire range of the Body Shop: Moisture White Shiso, except for the "whitening night treatment and the eye serum" (that i don't have), is suitable for people who want whiter skin complexion or people who have a lot of acne scars, because in this range they help remove impurities and dead skin cells to remove dullness in your skin. The Key ingredient in this range in Shiso, Shiso extract reduces early melanin-making signals even before the hyper-pigmentation process and melanin production cycle starts - helping prevent uneven skin tone, brown spots and freckles.

From Left:

Moisture White Shiso Foaming Facial Wash:
First time using this did cause me to have a minor breakout but that was because my skin was not use to this formula, but i kept using it to see if it would really work. Later on after a week my skin was starting to recognise this facial wash and was doing it's job! This is also perfect if you have dry skin because it cleanses without drying your skin. oh and this comes with a pump which makes it easier for me in the shower ;)

Moisture White Shiso Moisturising Essence:
This essence would be used after the facial wash to help hydrate your skin when your pores are open and is ready to soak in some moisture! It is a non-sticky formula with a water based lotion, but this essence is more for oily- normal skin because it does help break down oily parts on your skin. For me the whitening moisture milk is enough for my extremely dry skin.
Rating 3/5

Moisture White Shiso Whitening Moisture Milk:
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! This is one of my favourite milk?? (that sounds wrong) it does its job by keeping my skin moisturised and it defiantly has made my skin tone not as dull. It has organic aloe vera in it, which prevents dry patches. YUM!
Rating 4/5

Moisture White Shiso Whitening Serum:
This also have organic aloe vera, but i do prefer the Moisture White Shiso Whitening Moisture Milk over this, as it feels more smoooooth! Serums are meant to work faster than normal moisturisers... but i do feel that this serum does nothing.. and it was so pricey :( if you prefer the serum over the milk leave a comment and tell me why!??

Moisture White Shiso Concentrated Target Perfector:
This one is again a little pricey for a 10 ml little bottle, but you don't need much for each application. It has a easy to apply roller ball to target dark spot areas to lighten them up! and i think you're meant to use it for awhile........ because i see no reaction yet and i have used it for nearly two weeks? please leave a comment if you think i am applying it wrong or something?? help?!

Revlon Lip Butter review!

This review is a little late! but everyone was raving about Revlon's colourburst lip butters, so i got some to try out. I reckon they did do a good job on packaging, just because it looks cute and the lid does match the lip butters!

i have three shades (from left) Creme Brulee, Creamsicle and Cupcake.
From my swatches above it shows that i am not really into bold lip colours such as red, the three colours that i got are very light and natural. The staying power is only average but i didn't expect it to last long in the first place because when i tried it on, i could feel that the formulation wasn't the best on my lips, but they are extremely hydrating with a good consistency!
In the end they are extremely good for a drugstore lip butter and would have got them earlier! ( WHY does australia get everything last ?????:( ) if you haven't got them, go right now and there are many more different shades!
Leave a comment if you have any questions or tell me your favourite shade!!
